Important Information To Know

  • Our Private Dining room can accommodate up to 20 guests maximum
  • Events held is this space will order from pre-curated menus only (view sample menu and pricing)
  • A credit card is required to hold the space for your event. (Card will not be charged for deposit)
  • Events are subject to the following minimum Food and Beverage purchase amounts:
    • Breakfast or Lunch $800
    • Monday to Thursday Dinner $1000
    • Friday to Sunday Dinner $1200
    • Peak Dates or Holidays (Any meal period) $1500
  • The final check will be subject to a customary 20% Service Charge, plus tax – currently 10.1%
  • We have a policy of only one check for the table and payment will be collected by your server at
    the end of the event.
  • We offer complimentary valet parking at the hotel. We are not affiliated with any other parking
    at Point Ruston, nor can we validate anyone who chooses to park off our property.

For groups of 20 people or less in our Private Dining Room, kindly complete the request form below
and a sales representative will contact you as soon as possible.

If your event is larger than 20 people, please complete an event request through our
Sales and Catering department.
